                    Which future for Ewa?
What happens to our farmland in Ewa will impact our lives and Hawai`i’s
future forever. The time to act is now. Learn how Ho`opili will affect you.
if we protect farmland | if we build Ho`opili
                    Q. WHAT IS HO`OPILI?
Ho`opili is a development proposed for Ewa, O`ahu that would drop another mega suburb, some 12,000 houses, on top of the most productive farmland in our state. See a map.

                    Q. CAN WE STOP HO`OPILI?
Yes! The developer must get the state Land Use Commission (LUC) to redistrict the land from agricultural to urban before anything can be built. They must determine the best use of this land for our community, and are taking public comment and testimony on this proposal. They need to hear from you.
                    LET THE LAND USE COMMISSION
                    KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
